- Create parts design from customer requirements in to 2D/3D drawing by using
CATIA software ( Provide Training and Practice by company )
- Review customer ‘s parts drawing in term of engineering feasibility in order to make Injection Mold with cooperative work from Mold Maker.
- Make simulation for Plastic Injection
( CAE ) in order to decide proper condition of Injection and Mold Making ( Mold Flow Analysis)
- Review customer ‘s parts drawing in term of engineering feasibility in order to make C/F (Checking Fixture) for parts inspection
>>for experienced<<
- Co-work including Meeting with customer to create / control schedule and perform in drawing review in term of engineering feasibility for parts production.
- Create parts design from customer requirements in to 2D/3D drawing by using
CATIA software
- Perform as Leader and Control operation in Design Engineering team to create QCD in Automotive and Plastic Engineering works.
•Male / Female , Age 22 – 26 , 28 – 33 for Experienced Engineer
•Bachelor of Engineering or Related field
•Program UG (NX), CATIA (Basic) ,
•Ability in Parts design by using CATIA V5 ( 2D/3D ) for Experienced Engineer
•Ability to travel outside company for meeting by own self
•Ability to training & working in Japan / Canada / USA minimum 1-2 Years
•Have language ability of Japanese , English will be an advantage.
