  • In the Plastics Business, we mainly manufacture, painting, assemble and deliver plastic molded parts for automobiles. They range from large to small parts, including such interior parts as door trims and quarter trims, and such exterior components as front bumpers and fenders. Those interior and exterior parts play important roles that affect the quality of automobiles, so reliable quality and delivery are requisites.For that reason, in the Vuteq Group, the headquarters‘ technical center cooperates with the AMERICA technical center from the production preparation stage of parts manufacturing, and as a result, we are highly regarded by our customers for efficient construction of the entire production processes, including part mold design,preparation of production equipment and ancillary equipment, and installation of inspection jigs that guarantee high quality products. In Thailand, we are also manufacturing raw materials for automobile interiors, this material are used in many car models as materials such as luggage sides.

  • At the Amata plant, we have a design studio based on the desire to be involved in the entire manufacturing process from the outset. Based on concept sketches provided by aero-part manufacturers, we build clay models and then prepare CAD data with polygon data imported from a no-contact 3D camera.

Assembly
  • Sub-assembly is an essential process for automobile production that consists of several tens of thousands of parts. Pre-assembled modular units enable immediate installation onto cars at an automaker’s assembly line. We assemble important functional parts such as knuckle disc brakes and intermediate shafts, tires and wheels. We provide sequential delivery of modular units to an automaker’s assembly line according to the various grades and specifications in the order that they are being built in.

On-Site Business
  • Our On-Site business is conducted by undertaking specific processes for manufacturing, processing and providing parts to be performed in our customer's factory. This business was started for the purpose of responding to the customer's request, and now we are working for AGC in charge of processing and assembling of glass parts used in automobiles, liquid crystal displays, and houses, and for Toyota Motor in charge of supplying parts to production lines. In North America, we receive and sort parts supplied by suppliers and provide them to production lines. In addition, we are also in charge of assembling instrument panels, which is called a “brain of car”. Thus, as a proof of high reliability from the automaker, the Vuteq Group plays an integral role in their production activities. Our work in the customer's factory is not a simple task, but we are greatly contributing to the customer's productivity increase through realistic and lean management by streamlining the parts assembly and supply processes, as well as properly managing the information on work progress, stock status, etc. for optimization of the customer's production process.

Development & Technology
  • The manufacturing technology of the Vuteq Group is supported by Technical Center, which has three major roles: "start-up support for new production", "advanced technology development" and "technical support". The “start-up support for new production" involves an important task, that is, preparation of all production processes before starting production of new products at domestic and overseas factories by installing necessary production equipment and designing efficient plant floor layout for increasing productivity and reducing cost. The “advanced technology development” mainly involves the development of recycled materials for automobile parts, with the strength, heat insulation performance, and weight reduction, as well as environmental friendliness taken into account. The “technical support” includes various tasks intended to improve productivity at factories in Japan and abroad.
  • In addition, the Technical Center provides engineer and designer trainings in cooperation with overseas technical support centers in order to improve the group's overall technical skills and product quality. In the case of production of new parts, it participates in the design stage for developing a product that is most suitable for the specifications requested by the customer, and conducts various tests and data analysis on prototypes, and makes a proposal on the overall production processes up to quality evaluation. Thus, the trust of the Vuteq brand has been established.
